Willard has been an active SC ABATE member for many years. He has been a strong advocate for motorcyclist’s rights. Willard has served in many positions within his Jasper-Beaufort chapter as well as on the state level. He has been a strong voice for the Southern Low
Country area. Dedicated members like Willard are the ones who make ABATE work. His leadership and dedication will be missed by us all. Before his involvement with ABATE, Willard served our Nation in the US Marines and is a Vietnam Veteran. Thank you for your service to our Country and to the State of South Carolina Motorcyclists.
