On July 9th, 2024 we lost a great friend and ABATE leader. Panama Novitski has been an icon in the biker community since the founding days of ABATE of SC. Panama knew no stranger, with his unique smile and infectious laugh he touched everyone in his presence.

Willard has been an active SC ABATE member for many years. He has been a strong advocate for motorcyclist’s rights. Willard has served in many positions within his Jasper-Beaufort chapter as well as on the state level. He has been a strong voice for the Southern Low Country area.
