Well, with the month of April coming to an end we have four weeks to get S248 “South Carolina Hands Free Act” passed out of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.
The biggest hurdle we have now is making sure your representative knows the importance of this bill being passed.
Remind them there are many ways people can use their phones without having them in their hands while the car is moving.
“Eyes Up, Phones Down”
