ABATE of SC has a standard recruiter program but for 2022 the board of directors took it up a notch to include some incentives and name a top recruiter for 2022. I am happy to say that the incentives and competition between members in chapters or chapters themselves made a big impact on 2022 membership numbers. ABATE of SC has 201 NEW members and recruiters were able to bring back 50 lapsed members. Keep it UP! Below are the statistics for 2022.
Top Recruiter: Jeff Langford of the Crossroad Anchors Chapter with 17 new members -Midlands Area
Runner UP Top Recruiter: Michael Bradshaw of CWC-Cayce West Columbia with 12 new members – Midlands Chapter
Recruiter bringing back most lapsed members was Ralph Bell of the eLegal Chapter recruiting 24 lapsed members -Midlands.
Chapters with the most improved membership growth in 2022:
eLegals of the Midlands-starting with 12 members in January and having 43 at end of 2022
Colleton County Chapter Southern Low Country Area– starting with 8 members and having 32 at end of 2022.
Chapters with the MOST Growth- Top two chapters in the State
CWC Cayce West Columbia – Midlands with 40 New Members overall
Dixie Thunder – CSRA – with 22 New Members
Awards and checks for 150.00 for top recruiter and 100.00 for runner up were given out at Lobby Day. Awards were also given for recruiting most lapsed members, and to chapters with the MOST new member growth in their chapter.
A big thanks to everyone who participated and for bringing in these great numbers. We appreciate all you do for the success of ABATE of SC.
