The Annual Helmet Law Support Rally October 27, 2024
Celebrating 44 Years of Freedom The first helmet law support rally was held in 1984.
Schedule of Events
- 10:00-11:00 Riders assemble at Fuller Law; 120 Senn St., W. Columbia
- 11:15-11:30 Police escorted ride from Fuller Law to Assembly side of the Statehouse.
- 11:45-11:50 Opening of the ceremony with The Pledge of Allegiance.
- 11:50-12:00 Ray Richards to speak about our organization and thank all those that have served in protecting our current helmet law.
- 12:00-12:15 Ralph Bell to speak on current Legislative Issues and Legislative Direction
- 12:15-12:30 Ray Richards to introduce Chad Fuller of the Fuller Law Firm to speak about the importance of the Helmet Law and the Myrtle Beach ordinance.
- 12:30-1:00 Ray Richards to introduce a speaker to be announced.
- 1:00-1:10 Debra on Raffles
- 1:10-1:30 Have attendees and all speakers gather at the front steps for cover photo.
